On March 22, 2011… my heart stopped beating for three hours.

 I died.

It is the single most valuable experience I have ever had.

The exact moment of death is not black & white.  As with most things human it depends on your perception of death and equally important your perception of life.

Death has a way of shadowing you.

My experience with death was akin to two converging paths.  One path representing life and one path representing death.  For many when life meets death, the point of impact is the end, which is the exact spot my heart stopped beating.

Moving beyond the impact was a new beginning, when my heart began to beat again, this time with renewed life.  A new path running once again in convergence with death.

But this time it is different.  Death is clearly visible.

        Death is in my Refrigerator.
